We undertake only privately funded work and not legally aided work.

For many types of work we know, fairly accurately, how much work is involved and can give you a fixed cost quotation.

The areas of work upon which we can quote you fixed costs are as follows:-

  • Uncontested Divorce
  • Prenuptial Agreement
  • Separation Agreement
  • Co-habitation Agreement
  • Change of Name Deed

For other types of work, for example involving work in connection with financial provision or issues relating to children, however, we will give you our best estimate of costs.

At the outset we shall send you our Terms of Business with a written cost estimate, as well as information sheets in respect of your particular matter.

There are occasions when Orders for Costs can be made against the other party and some or all of your costs recovered.  Primary responsibility for the firms fees would rest with you, however, but any monies recovered from the other party would be paid to you.
